The ASE program does not offer refunds for cancellations UNLESS the program has a waitlist.
The cost is $25 per child per program, monthly.
You will receive an e-mail from the instructor once the class has filled with more information.
Mondays-Creative Chefs - Each week students will use common tools found in the kitchen, they'll learn and implement proper kitchen etiquette and each week they'll follow a recipe and make some yummy treats. Copies of the recipes will be sent home each week.
Mondays-Drum Beats- Not your traditional percussion ensemble. Students will explore drumming with our hands by playing Tubano, Djembe, and timbau drums. Add shekeres, cabasas, double bells, claves, tambourines, agogo bells and you will be in for a fun time. Drumming in a circle creates a sense of community with respect for others. We will play name games, learn rhythm patterns with words, create a piece of music using numbers and even a basketball! It's a workout for your brain through fun and games
The ASE program will not provide snacks for the children, due to the severity of allergies etc. There will be some time set aside each day for snack, please ensure you send your child with an extra snack and a reminder to save it for the ASE program at the end of the day. Please avoid all snacks with peanut butter.
ASE is committed to providing a safe and positive environment for all children in the program. No bullying of any means will be tolerated and will result in dismissal from the program with no refund.
The ASE program ends 90 minutes after school releases. It is imperative that all students be picked up on time at 4:40 PM. If a parent or caregiver is more than 5 minutes late and has not notified the instructor, a late fee of $1.00 per minute will be assessed. Late fees are due at pick-up.
If your child attends an after school program provided at the school, the ASE instructor will escort the children to the program director.
Please specify when registering your child if they will be picked up and who has authorization to pick them up OR if they will be attending the after school program.
By participating in the ASE program I give permission for my child to be photographed for print or electronic use in promoting the ASE program.

If school is completely closed for the day, the ASE program will also be closed. If school is canceled due to weather the ASE program will not issue refunds we will try our best to re-schedule the program.
