Sertoma Tball League 2025

Ages 3/4 or 5/6 *must be age on May 1st.

$30/child

League provides: tees, balls, helmets

Players provide: glove, one bat/team (you can provide your own helmet if you choose)

Games will be played at 5:30, 6:30, or 7:30 at assigned park.

Coaches will host 2 practices prior to games starting (they will contact you regarding these practices.)

No Refunds once you register.

Disclosure:

I the parent/guardian of the child named above give my permission for him/her to participate in all of the actives associated with the Sertoma t-ball league. I do hereby hold free the Sertoma t-ball league and its respective directors, coaches, volunteers, supervisors, and sponsors from all and any liability, rights and claims for damages which may arise out of the child’s participation in the Sertoma t-ball league. This is not a drop off league, parents/guardians must stay at all practices and games. In case of an emergency and the parents/guardians of the child named above cannot be contacted, I authorize the Sertoma t-ball league and their representatives to contact emergency care. I understand I will be responsible for any expenses incurred on my child’s behalf in connection with such treatment.
