Sertoma Tball League 2023 COACH

We are FIRST recruiting volunteer coaches for the teams. Once we have all of our coaches we will open up registration to the coaches first, a couple weeks later we will open up registration to the public. If you are not going to coach, sit tight. We will announce a registration date/time once we have our coaches!! ALL NEW COACHES (IF YOU COACHED LAST YEAR YOU ARE SET) WILL UNDERGO A BACKGROUND CHECK. ONCE YOU REGISTER TO COACH WE WILL SEND YOU AN EMAIL TO COMPLETE BACKGROUND CHECK. IF YOU WOULD LIKE OUR POLICY FOR VOLUNTEER COACHES REGARDING BACKGROUND CHECKS PLEASE EMAIL STEMINOT@GMAIL.COM.

Coaches are responsible for coaching 2 practices prior to the season starting and then coaching 1 game/week for 6 weeks. We do ask for 2 coaches/team in the event a coach cannot make a game. We will recruite a cocoach for you and put you in touch with them if you do not have anyone you are coaching with. Once we get all of our coaches we allow coaches to register their teams before opening any remaining spots to the public. You DO NOT have to fill your roster, but as a thank you for coaching we do allow you to recruite your team if you desire!

Interested in sponsoring a team? Logo goes on the back of the jersies. $150/team. This covers our field rental fee, tshirt expense and bakground check expense. Email: steminot@gmail.com with your buisness name, a good email for invoice (or let us know if you would like to send a check) and your logo you would like to use on the shirts. If you have a specific team you would like to sponsor please also let us know the coaches names. 

Join us for a 6 week session of Tball! Games will start the week of May 21st 2023

Ages 3/4 or 5/6 *must be age on May 1st.

$30/child

League provides: tees, balls, helmets

Players provide: glove, one bat/team (you can provide your own helmet if you choose)

Games will be played at 5:30, 6:30, or 7:30 at assigned park.

Coaches will host 2 practices prior to games starting (they will contact you regarding these practices.)

No Refunds once you register.

Disclosure:

I the parent/guardian of the child named above give my permission for him/her to participate in all of the actives associated with the Sertoma t-ball league. I do hereby hold free the Sertoma t-ball league and its respective directors, coaches, volunteers, supervisors, and sponsors from all and any liability, rights and claims for damages which may arise out of the child’s participation in the Sertoma t-ball league. This is not a drop off league, parents/guardians must stay at all practices and games. In case of an emergency and the parents/guardians of the child named above cannot be contacted, I authorize the Sertoma t-ball league and their representatives to contact emergency care. I understand I will be responsible for any expenses incurred on my child’s behalf in connection with such treatment.
