FLL CHALLENGE TEAM

**By filling out this form you are expressing interest in joining a competitive robotics team for the 21/22 season. We will be in touch in August regarding forming teams/coaches/etc. 

Kids ages 9-14 are welcome to join Full STEAM Ahead as we form our competitive robotics team for the 2021-2022 season. Kids who join these teams will be expected to meet once a week from September-February. Teams meeting days/times will be determined in the fall. This is a competitive team and requires the ENTIRE teams participation. If your child cannot commit to a team (ie. they are too busy with other commitments, sports, etc) please consider having them do various camps we host throughout the year instead. 

Teams will meet weekly from September-January. We then host a Regional Robotics Tournament here in Minot in January, with some teams advancing to the state tournament in February in Grand Forks. Please be prepared to have the weekends of the regional and state tournament open. These will be released fall 2021. 

This is a free program however we do need sponosrship to cover the national registration fee for each team! If you know of anyone who may want to sponsor a team please put them in touch (steminot@gmail.com). We allow 6-8 kids/team. No experience required however we HIGHLY recommend each kid do a camp or have experience with the EV3 robots prior to joining a team.
